This section is aimed toward martial arts and boxing clubs in search of the highest quality equipment for their schools. Minimum order for these products is £100 + this. If you should have any questions please contact us.

V.A.T is included within the current price of each item.

Delivery is not included within the current price of each item.

1. Gift vouchers have a non-redeemable cash value.

2. We do not accept liability for damage or injury through misuse of products purchased.

3. We reserve the right to charge interest at 5% on the total purchase value on overdue accounts.  Charges will apply when payment exceeds 7days.

4. Any damages or shortages should be notified within 7 working days, this does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Where parcels are delivered by courier, if the outer packagng is visibly damaged, the customer is requested to sign for the goods stating that the parcel was damaged. This will not affect customers statutory rights to a reasonable opportunity to examine the goods contained.

6. Designs and colour schemes may vary due to the manufacture and/or dye process of some items from time to time.

7. Refusal of goods at the time of delivery will result in full postal charges being incurred by the customer. This includes sending back to Fear Fighter Sports, except where the 7 day cooling off period is applicable.

8. Failure to pay for any items purchased within a 7 day period will result in Debt collecting agencies or court charges will be passed to the buyer.

9. Investigation of missing or delayed parcels will be pursued through normal channels before compensation is considered, please be aware that investigations may be timely and is processed by the relevant courier.

10. Under the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, we will always offer a refund, exchange, credit note or repair service where goods are not of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose or have been described incorrectly.

11. Cash refunds are discretionary and are based upon circumstances of each purchase. Customers will receive credit notes on all other occassions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Goods are subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter specifications and/or products without notification.

13. Third party cheques are not accepted.

14. Gift vouchers may not be used against the current purchase when a gift voucher is receivable.

15. The Free £10 Gift Voucher is only set against the value of goods purchased, delivery of items purchased is not included within the £50 value, Gift vouchers will only apply when advertised at the time of purchase.

17. Bulk orders must be in advance before the company can procede with the manufacture or production of these items.

18 . Items currently out of stock will be ordered immediately and can take up to a period of 90 days before the customer receives the item/items.
